Student: Is that your other earring out in the hallway?
(I checked, and yes, it was. So much for dignity.)
Student: How would you ask where the bathroom is?
Me: Well, there are several ways, but the simplest is probably "Ou sont les toilettes?"
Student: (dreamily) Even toilet sounds beautiful in French!
